WORKSHOPS

The workshops are offered in a 4-hour format, tailored specifically for women or co-ed groups, with the option for customization to meet individual needs.

Level 1 (Basic): This level covers essential topics such as Canada’s Criminal Code, the use of force, stress and motor skills, technical principles, vital targets, ranges of physical self defence, stages of the self defence process, verbal self defence, reactionary gaps, bullying, defenses against various grabs, and relationship violence.

Level 2 (Intermediate): Participants will review Canada’s Criminal Code and the use of force, learn defenses against various grabs and takedowns, defenses against weapons, ground defense techniques, strategies for multiple attackers, defending another individual, and engage in scenario training.

Level 3 (Advanced): This level includes a comprehensive review of Canada’s Criminal Code and the use of force, integrating concepts from Levels 1 and 2, along with advanced scenario training.
