Steve has played a pivotal role in the ongoing development of programs aimed at promoting self defence and personal safety. He has conducted workshops for various martial arts schools, agencies, and organizations, including Self Defence Canada, Success College - Corrections and Policing Foundations, and the Critical National Infrastructure Authority - United Arab Emirates Coast Guard, among others.

 Additionally, he has had the honour of participating in numerous clinics and seminars led by esteemed professionals, including 23-time world champion kickboxer Jean Yves Theriault, Jeet Kune Do experts Makoto Kabayama and Rob Doley, Jiu Jitsu Hanshi John Therien, and Combat Hapkido Grandmaster John Pellegrini. He remains committed to his professional development by continuously training and attending clinics and seminars to further enhance his skills.
